That’s exactly what it’s for. Most people come alone to make friends and meet locals. Think of it as a social meetup where new people join every week and nobody has to organise anything.

What does it cost?

Nothing. thursdaynight-drinks is free; you pay for your own drinks.

Do I need to bring someone?

No. Most people come alone; that’s the point. There are groups for everyone (Mixed) as well as Girls only and Guys only, each in three age groups.

When does a meetup in Mainz happen?

As soon as enough people are in: everyone picks from how many yeses they’ll come. The invitation arrives on Tuesday, you confirm by Wednesday 7 pm, and you meet on Thursday at 7 pm.
